Registration of paid membership
Hi all, please be informed that we are now accepting paid membership for My Cruze Club.
Membership details (LIFETIME)
Standard: RM 150.00
MCC Members will get:
Official MCC Polo Tee (x1), Official MCC Cap (x1), Official MCC Club
Stickers (x3) – [Road Tax Sticker, Rear Sticker & MCC membership number
sticker]
The fee paid will be utilised for future events in the form of subsidies, special rates for hotel accommodation and many others. To register as a member, please click on the link below and read the payment instruction included.

Membership FAQ
Q : I've paid and gotten my polo tee, cap & stickers. Is that all?
A : Of course that's not all. We are a non-profit club. However, to administer a club is not easy and we will need some fund to run this club to the best of your expectation. Your paid membership entitles you to subsidised fee for any future events (food & lodging, dinners, general get together etc) of which we will charge the full fee for non-members. As this is a lifetime membership, it's only a one-off payment!
Q : I have registered but where's my merchandise?
A : Only members who have fully paid will be able to get the merchandise. If you have done so but did not receive the merchandise, please contact Jim at 012-3366841. Alternatively, please email to the club registration address mycruzeclub@hotmail.my
Q : I have problems with my Cruze. It's bugging me as Chevy's service centre was not able to solve it. Can the club help?
A : If you have repeated problems in dealing with Chevy's Malaysia service centres and would like to lodge a complain, please go to Chevrolet Malaysia website http://chevrolet.com.my/contact-us/ and write the details of your problem making sure to include your name, contacts, car registration number and/or sales invoice number of the branch you purchased your car from. If you still cannot get any respond, you can contact us at mycruzeclub@hotmail.my and we will forward your complain accordingly.
Q : I do not like the way the club is run. I think the current administrators should be sacked. How do I do this?
We are a registered club with the Registrar of Society Malaysia. No one has absolute power in this club and we would like the club to be administered both professionally and democratically. As such, according to the rules of ROS, we will hold an Annual General Meeting whereby paid members may be able to vote and also nominate other paid members as the new committee.
Q : How often will the club organise events?
We will organise at least one major event a year. We are also planning to have trips to destinations which we will announce soon. We will inform members of any events via email or you can also read about it here or in our Facebook page. If you have any suggestion, do not hesitate to contact us at mycruze@hotmail.my or post in this forum/Facebook page.
Q : I have paid for the membership but I feel that the club does not benefit me and would like to surrender my membership. Or, I have sold my Cruze. Can I get a refund of the fee?
A : We apologise but the fee is non-refundable and the membership is non-transferable.
